MEALS ON WHEELS
Delivers over 2500 hot, nutritious meals each week to homebound older adults in San Mateo County who are unable to shop and cook for themselves. Many are frail, recovering from hospitalization, or are disabled. More than half of our clients have incomes below federal poverty levels. MORRIS ACTIVITY CENTER
Provides a breadth of services centered on health, wellness, and social interaction to over 3,500 people annually. There are fitness classes to accommodate all levels, a variety of arts and education programs and Little House Café serving nutritious, affordable meals. Little House also offers information, referrals and services to address the range of needs facing aging adults. ROSENER HOUSE, ADULT DAY SERVICES CENTER
Serves adults with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other chronic age-related conditions. Rosener House provides therapeutic art sessions, health services, music, speech, occupational and physical therapy - delivered in a caring and emotionally supportive environment; helping seniors avoid premature institutional placement. Rosener House provides service to over 150 participants, and provides respite for 400+ family caregivers annually. SENIOR HOUSING
Peninsula Volunteers Inc. was the first volunteer organization in the United States to build affordable senior housing. Our two apartment buildings house low and moderate income seniors, and account for over 82% of the affordable housing for seniors in Menlo Park
