The following is a post from a former long-term employee who returned after semi-retiring! We appreciate your hard work and dedication Connie!!!

"I retired from TSA October 2023.
I returned, part-time, May of 2024.
I am no longer working in residential care as I had been for over 25 years. I needed a much needed break. Many hours, short staffed, and well, just plain tired. I worked in a couple of other jobs. I was thinking I wanted to try something very different...but, my heart wasn't in it, how I tried, but they just were not good matches.

My friends have been asking, WHY? Why go back. And I've been struggling to answer that myself.
Today, I found my answer...

I came back to TSA not out of desperation, but DESIRE!
I am currently working as a job coach. All though not always easy, its been satisfying. I've been working in this field for 45 years. I went to college, working in about every level a person can work.
I guess you could say it's my calling. But more than that, I like seeing others strive to fulfill dreams and potential. And being a small part of that is mind boggling and life-giving at the same time. To watch an individual struggle, work, and push past this world's preconceived notions...all I can say is...WOW!

I am a cheerleader, an advocate, and sometimes a bit of a hard nose, but to watch individuals achieve even a small piece of a dream is one of the most incredible experiences I could ever hope for!

THAT my friends, is LIFE at its best!
That's why I returned to Todd Steven and Associates.
To be a part of a team that works hard to help others fulfill their dreams!

That's just my 2 cents...thx for listening!
Have a good one everybody!"
