FREE TERRENCE BROOKS…
VOICES FOR THE UNCONSTITUTIONALLY CONVICTED
ACTUALLY INNONCENT
Mr. Terrence Brooks is known by his family and friends as "Lil Terry," but for this story I will refer to him as Terry. For about 30 years Terry has been housed in one steel cage after another, for no other reason than being framed by one of the most Imfamous Police Commander's in Chicago Police Departments History. Police Commander Jon Burge. "The Commander" has been investigate for the beating and torture of numerous black and brown men. The Commander trained and directed other police detectives under his command to torture people of color until they made false confessions to crimes, crimes such as murder. Not only where these men themselves convicted based off these bogus confessions, but these same confessions where used to bring criminal chrages against Terry (who did not make any statment of confession to the Commander or his "trained to torture officers." For example "Torture Officers," are identified in F.B.I and justice department reports or other official documents at the Justice Department, State Special Prosecutor's Report, state and federal court cases, newspaper articles, such as the Chicago Tirbune, at chicagotribune/.com/news/local/ct-met-confession.
Court document's identify, "The Commanders" trained to torture officer's as, detectives: James O'Brien, Patrick Doyle, Joseph Stehlik, Thomas Plak, Michael Kill, Detectives Foley, Kenneth Boudreau, Detective McWeeny. Detective's beat a black male by the name of Curtis Milsap and squeezed his balls until one of them poped out the layer of skin in which they had been secured. Milsap gave a false statement to detectives, which not only incriminate himself, Terry and others, for the numerous murders in the city of chicago. Additionally Javan Deloney gave false statements about himself, Milsap, Terry and others related to murders these detectives where investigating. Other gave statement against Terry and every single person has recanted there statements, admitting they could not tell the truth inlight of the looming presence of the tactics of the torture police. Milsap and Javan Deloney sued for these officers misconduct and the Courts awarded them $100,000 each. However these detective have cost the city millions of dollars and counting. The engage in what the Illinois Supreme Court legally termed "a pattern or practice of police misconduct." These officer use false police reports, perjured testimony to bring charges of muder against not just Terry, who officer repeatedly demanded witnesses identify as being involved in several murder cases officers needed to close out.
