Massive shoutout to Potandon Produce for their generous donation to JHS. We could not thank Potandon enough for helping us make adding a pavilion for our students to enjoy being outside a reality.

Jefferson High Students did not disappoint at today’s “We the People” showcase in Boise. We could not be more proud of Samantha, Ace, Eli, Alondra, and Reggie! Also so much appreciation to Mr. Strong for encouraging students to get involved in things that matter and for pushing our students out of their comfort zones.

We took advantage of the trip to Boise and visited BSU as well as our Capitol Building. We thank Representatives Raymond and Furniss for the tour and information provided. Our Capitol building is absolutely beautiful!i

JHS is so appreciative of our local veterans that were able to come spend some time with our students. They shared that there is always Hope as well as some resources and local places to find support when hope seems so lost.

HOPE WEEK: Supporting Our Students, Together

This week, our school district is celebrating Hope Week, a district-wide initiative focused on mental health awareness, connection, and belonging. This week is about more than activities—it’s about showing our students that they are seen, supported, and valued by their schools and their community.

Led by our student Hope Squad, Hope Week creates intentional opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to connect, have fun, and start important conversations around mental health and wellness. We believe that when students feel supported, they thrive—and that’s a priority for our district.

This year’s theme: ADVENTURE IS OUT THERE!
Throughout the week, students will participate in spirit days and shared activities designed to build unity and joy.

Mental health matters, and caring for the whole child—academically, emotionally, and socially—is central to who we are as a district.

Thank you for supporting our students and helping us create a culture of hope.
