We reconvened from our summer break for our September membership meeting on 901 Day! We were fortunate to have Dr. Alicia Barnes speak to us about the state of mental health in children and share what her team is doing to turn the tide from crisis to resilience at Le Bonheur. We also held our Annual Placement Fair so LBC members could decide which committees they are going to join this year. From entertaining to stocking toys for Bunny Lane to planning fabulous Benefit Events, there’s so many ways to fundraise, volunteer and support the hospital!

Our former and honorary chairs of Le Bon Appetit gathered Saturday evening at the home of Drs. Clayton and Kristen Bettin to prepare a coursed w**e dinner for 12 guests. The “Farm to Fancy” themed dinner was a Le Bon Appetit auction item, bringing together this group who celebrated the idea of “friend-raising” - sharing a fun experience together while also raising money for an excellent cause! Thank you to the Bettins for supporting Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, and thank you to our fabulous Le Bon Appetit Chairs for making this dinner a huge success!
