Incorporated in 2001, the Melville-East Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce operates as the Melville Chamber of Commerce. We aim to foster economic and business development through collaboration among businesses, educational institutions, government resources, and our community. Our Chamber provides networking opportunities, business-to-business services, and programs that create and stimulate busines
s growth. We strive to create an inclusive and thriving business environment in our region and across Long Island. We work with businesses, communities, professional leaders, and elected officials to improve the quality of life for our business community and residents. The Melville Chamber of Commerce is a distinguished non-profit organization situated in Suffolk County on the Route 110 Corridor, representing the business epicenter of Long Island and beyond. This unique Chamber of Commerce comprises large corporations and organizations, many with a workforce of thousands. The area is home to various businesses, including numerous restaurants, an airport, and SUNY Farmingdale College. The Chamber covers four zip codes—Huntington Station, Melville, East Farmingdale, and West Babylon—and spans two townships, Huntington and Babylon. Considering its demographics, members can access a wealth of resources and opportunities. Businesses need not be physically located within the Chamber's jurisdiction to benefit from its offerings, as many of its members operate regionally, nationally, and internationally.
