The Highland Local School District serves over 3,300 students representing seven townships from across 78 square miles in northeast Medina County. We are comprised of five schools – three elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. ional staff – all of which are the envy of school districts across the State. Highland continues to be a leader in education where our vision, mission and goals have created both the foundation and framework that continues to promote a culture of high performance – academically, athletically and within all areas of the fine and performing arts. We offer a comprehensive PK-12 curriculum to meet individual needs, and our highly-qualified teaching staff works to develop the abilities of each child.
