The Highland Foundation for Educational Excellence is an independent, non-profit community organization that supports enrichment programs.

The Highland Foundation for Educational Excellence is an independent, non-profit community organization supporting educational excellence in the Highland Local School District. Directed by a volunteer Board of Trustees, the Foundation seeks to acquire and distribute resources to enhance, enrich, and supplement learning opportunities for students, staff, administration and the Highland community.

We’re excited to begin recognizing the 2026 Highland Foundation scholarship recipients!

This year, the Highland Foundation awarded 43 scholarships to 32 Highland seniors across 17 scholarship opportunities, totaling more than $65,000 in support for their futures.
