Join park volunteer Connie for Senior Strides, a once a month social hike for seniors! It’s a great opportunity to make new friends and get your exercise at the same time. Walks are one to two miles in length. Please dress for the weather, and be sure to wear appropriate footwear. Ages 50 and up. No registration is required. Free.

Join Laura Francis (200 hour YTT certified Yoga instructor) for a gentle yoga class that is appropriate for all levels. The hour long class will include breathing, meditation, thoughtful movement and sound therapy. Please bring a mat and dress comfortably. You may also bring other favorite props to facilitate your practice. There will be a $5 fee collected at class time. Ages 18 and up. Register by September 8.

This month, Ginger Ackley will perform Celtic music with a twist.
