The Delaware County Young Republicans are a group of 18-40 year old individuals who live and/or work in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The Delco YRs get involved in the community through supporting local charities & assisting candidates in their elections throughout Delaware County.

25 years later, we remember and reflect on 9/11.

We remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001. We honor the first responders who ran toward danger, the heroes who answered the call, and the families whose lives were changed forever.

Today, we remember Charlie Kirk.

One year later, his absence is still felt deeply by the countless young people he inspired to find their voice, stand firm in their convictions, and get involved in the world around them.

Charlie dedicated his life to reaching young Americans and reminding them that their voice mattered. He believed in the power of conversation, courage, and showing up for what you believe in.

As Young Republicans, we are grateful for the generation he helped inspire and for the passion he brought to a movement he believed in so deeply.

Today, we remember Charlie not only for how his life ended, but for how he lived it: with conviction, purpose, and an unwavering belief in the future of America.

📅 September Happy Hour
There will be no September Happy Hour on Thursday, September 17th. Instead, we encourage all YR members to join us for a fundraiser in support of Nick Manganaro for Congress from 6–8 PM at Off the Rail, hosted by the Media Borough Republicans.

🏆 October Meeting & Annual Awards Dinner
There will be no October meeting, as the date conflicts with our Annual Awards Dinner on October 1st from 6–9 PM at Anthony’s Ristorante. We look forward to a great evening celebrating and recognizing leaders in our community.

Stay tuned for our September and October Days of Action in support of Republican candidates in Delaware County. Dates and times will be announced soon!

With a few changes to our regular meeting schedule, we have a busy fall lineup planned from now through Election Day. We’ll have plenty of opportunities to get involved, meet fellow YRs, support candidates, and make an impact here in Delaware County.
