I have represented clients in fields as varied as landlord/tenant, civil actions, real estate, will/estates, criminal law, family law, personal injury law, and bankruptcy for over 23 years from my office in Media. Department of Justice for over fifteen years as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee.I conduct meetings, take testimony of debtors under oath, and appear in court. I also review cases and reco

mmend whether someone should be prosecuted either civilly and/or criminally for inappropriate behavior. I am an active member of the community as a youth coach, small business owner, participated in charitable events, and am a Registered Pharmacist. I have new ideas:

I will have court one evening a week, where possible, to allow plaintiffs and defendants to appear without fear of losing their jobs or money. I will initiate educational programs in the school and community, using my knowledge of the law and financial matters to help people to make better choices in their day-to day-lives. Some judges treat members of the public with scorn and contempt both by their demeanor and the inability to appear in court on a timely basis.
