Mr. Davis served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Delaware County District Attorney's Office for 8 years, where he personally prosecuted over 6000 criminal cases including Homicides, Aggravated Assaults, Robberies, Burglaries and Driving Under the Influence matters. While an Assistant D.A., Mr. Davis was able to hone his trial and advocacy skills, handling cases from arrest through jury

trial and sentencing. He personally tried over 50 cases before juries, and was appointed as a trial team leader in 2006. In 2008, Mr. Davis left the D.A.'s Office to become a Deputy Attorney General with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. For 3 years he personally led investigations before the Statewide Investigating Grand Jury involving complex white collar criminal cases and public corruption cases. He expanded his trial experience, by personally handling jury trials in Philadelphia, Montgomery and Chester Counties. In June 2011, Mr. Davis left the PA Attorney General's Office to open his own law firm. Davis has established himself as a highly respected criminal defense attorney, routinely handling high profile cases. He is frequently referred criminal cases by judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officers and fellow attorneys. The Law Office of William Davis Jr. represents clients in state and federal courts who are charged with serious felony crimes, misdemeanor crimes (such as D.U.I.) and summary offenses. Following a trial in Delaware County Juvenile Court, Mr. Davis’ client was found NOT GUILTY today on all charges, including Robbery of a Motor Vehicle and Conspiracy!

After a long, drawn out process, one of Mr. Davis’ clients was granted a FULL PARDON by the Board of Pardons and Governor Wolf on a Felony Ma*****na charge. We are very pleased that this client can now move on with life.
