Happy Friday! Although we are not in office today, we still have an update...
😎 Register Rongione hosted his monthly Roundtable on Wednesday. This is a great experience for both the attorneys and the Register. We find the discussions to be very beneficial as we strive to ensure that our office is operating to the best of its ability.
😎 The wall behind our front desk got a little makeover! We had this lovely wall decal installed and are very happy with the result.
😎 The Marriage office kept extra busy! This week they completed 33 new marriage license certificates and 46 certified marriage license copies issued. Our Marriage Clerks work very hard to provide a quick and exciting experience for the couples.

It’s Marriage Monday again!😎
For this week, we are featuring Charlene and Michael! Charlene is originally from Folcroft and Michael is from Philadelphia. They now both reside in Prospect Park, Delaware County. Charlene and Michael first met on a party line years ago. Michael thought that he was going to an actual party, but it turns out the party was just being on the phone with a bunch of people!😂 Charlene thought this was hilarious, and it soon led to their first dinner date at her home in Folcroft. The couple is going to be getting married at the District Courts in Prospect Park.❤
Their favorite place to dine is Casey's in Ridley Park, followed by a cocktail at Erin Pub located in Norwood, Delaware. The couple also enjoys playing pool and going bowling. Their typica; spot is the Macdade Bowling Alley in Holmes, PA.
A huge congratulations to Charlene and Michael as they enter this new chapter together. Thank you for stopping in and telling us a little bit about your story!

Happy Friday Delco! Hopefully everyone is staying cool this week☀
🍀On Monday, our office got a new Orphans' Court Administrator, Maria. We are super excited to welcome Maria to the team and are so happy she joined us. Next time you stop in be sure to congratulate Maria on her new role and wish her luck!
😎Register Rongione is currently attending the annual Delco Bench Bar conference in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This event brings together all of the attorneys in Delaware County for a weekend featuring guest speakers, events, and great collaboration between the lawyers of Delco.
👪 Our office faced high traffic this week! We love being busy, and that was certainly the case this week. Our office successfully issued 47 new Marriage Licenses, 45 Certified Marriage Licenses for REAL ID purposes, conducted 50 probates, and finalized 1 adoption. Overall a packed week in the Row office!

Join us in welcoming our new law intern, Alex, to the ROW office!🎉
Alex comes to us as a second year law student at Villanova University.💙 Alex is originally from Rochester, New York, and completed his undergrad at Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Management Information Systems. Alex says he has always wanted to go to law school and become a law student, he feels like it is a way that he can help others and do the right thing. His favorite class so far was a personal taxation class, so he is currently considering the idea of tax law becoming his focus.
Since moving to the area, Alex said he loves to spend time at Great American Pub with his friends and enjoys a nice meal at Burtons Grille & Bar He also has had the opportunity to golf several local courses (his favorite past time). He appreciates good music, Steely Dan and Bruce Springsteen being two of his favorites. Even though he is 6’6, Alex stayed clear of basketball and instead played Ice Hockey his whole life.
Besides being a Patriots fan😬 and having a strong opinion about the pronunciation of “wooder”🙄, we are thrilled to welcome Alex and look forward to having him for the rest of the summer!☀
One thing Alex is wondering is where he can get the absolute best cheesesteak in Delco.🤔 Let us know if you have any recommendations for him‼

Marriage Monday!!!💌❤
Our featured couple this week is Amari and Matthew. Amari is originally from New Jersey. She now lives in Aldan, Delaware County thanks to Matthew. Matthew is an Aldan resident born and raised. The beautiful couple met on and had their first date at the lovely Linvilla Orchards here in Media.🌷 They hit it off and soon enough Matthew proposed to Amari at the Navy Yard in Philadelphia in front of the ships! This was super special, as Amari is an active duty member of the Navy.🇺🇸 The couple said “I Do” this past Friday in Secane, Pennsylvania in front of a District Court Judge. When asked what their favorite thing to do together is, they simply stated that just enjoying each other’s company is all they can ask for!🥰
We were thrilled to meet Amari and Matthew and loved learning a little bit about their story. Join us in congratulating them on this next chapter. Congratulations, Amari and Matthew!❤

Happy Friday! Here is our Roundup for the week:

💌 The Love Wall is officially underway in the Marriage Office! The wall features photos of couples we've met in the office and their first dance songs. This is a fun way for us to get to know the people we are helping and bring a little joy to the office.

📝 The Register and Chief Deputy participated in a cross departmental records retention and preservation committee meeting with other department leaders to meet with a vendor. They explored ways to more effectively plan for future space requirements and provide additional online services in a more cost-effective manner.

Today is a big day! Our beloved receptionist Angie is celebrating her 5 year anniversary with us!🎉😍
Angie was born and raised in Chester, PA and still lives there today! She started in the ROW office exactly 5 years ago and says she loves what she does.❤ Angie is our receptionist, which means she keeps everything organized and makes sure that our office runs smoothly. Her favorite part of her job is getting to spend time with her work family and meeting all different kinds of people every day. When she isn’t working, Angie loves to shop (especially at The Loft). When she has a sweet tooth, Angie loves Peanut M&M’s or something from Nothing Bundt Cakes . Although her favorite artist is Jay Z, Angie claims that Usher was the best concert she’s ever been to.🎤 If she were to win the lottery, Angie says the first thing she would do is give some of her winnings to her church and then buy herself a beautiful home. We are so lucky to have her in our office, there is nobody else we would rather see right when we walk in!😄 Congratulations Angie, we love you!😘❤
