Go Delco!! 👏 We are so proud of the team from Penncrest High School for placing FIRST at the Pennsylvania Envirothon competition! Congratulations to all students who competed - the Envirothon requires hard work and an incredible amount of knowledge!

Stop by the Delco Environmental Expo at Rose Tree Park on Saturday, May 30th from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM! 🌱🌎

Join PennEnvironment and local representatives in state and federal government to learn about electric vehicles, weatherization, renewable energy, electric-powered tools, and local sustainability efforts, as well as to participate in a Clothing Swap.

Bring your campaign signs to recycle and plan to attend the Expo. Rose Tree Park is the place to be on Saturday, May 30th! 🌳🌷♻

We are excited to be partnering with the Naamans Marcus Hook and Stoney Creek (NMS) Watershed Alliance and Keep Delco Beautiful for a Roadside Litter Clean Up.

Come to clean up Township Line Road on Saturday, June 13 from 9:00-11:00 AM! All supplies will be provided. You only need to bring yourself and your passion for a clean environment!

🌿 Healthy Streams Start with Healthy Streambanks

During Conservation District Week, we’re highlighting the power of riparian buffers.

Riparian buffers—trees and shrubs planted along streams—help filter pollutants, stabilize streambanks, reduce erosion, and provide habitat for wildlife.

Conservation districts work with landowners, farmers, and communities to plan and install riparian buffers that protect water quality while strengthening the landscape.
