The weekend is going to be a doozy. With temperatures dropping below zero, hypothermia and frostbite will be a serious concern.

Please prepare for snow and extreme cold. Make sure you have enough food and water, fuel in your vehicles, and that generators are ready if you have one. If you rely on a fireplace or wood stove, be sure you have adequate firewood as well.

If you have elderly neighbors or neighbors with mobility issues, please check on them to make sure they’re prepared and safe.
