If you visit the property in the coming weeks, you may notice activity near the Estate entrance on Grove St; this is the first step in an eventual Oak Grove Cemetery expansion on the adjacent 7-acre parcel.

This work is being conducted by the City of Medford DPW and Oak Grove Cemetery, not M-BELT. The parcel falls under the City’s jurisdiction.
