On September 11, 2026, we gather as a community to honor the 25th Anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks and remember the innocent lives lost, the brave first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice, and the heroes who answered the call.

Today, the Medford Fire Department pauses to remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, on the 25th anniversary of that tragic day.

We remember the innocent victims, the brave firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMS personnel, and all first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to others. Their courage, selflessness, and unwavering dedication continue to inspire the fire service and our community every day.

As we reflect on this solemn anniversary, we also recognize the strength and resilience of our nation and the enduring promise that we will never forget those who gave everything.

Please join us as we remember the heroes, honor the fallen, and keep their legacy alive.
