Young Republicans of Jackson County Oregon We are a new chapter of the Young Republicans of Oregon. The Young Republicans are fighting for the future of the Republican Party.

Together, our mission is to recruit new Young Republicans and engage young voters with the Republican Party, train the future leaders of the United States, and elect Republican candidates from the top to the bottom of the ballot across the country! Our local chapter is focused on community engagement.

In my morning email, good meaning people continue to promote write in gubernatorial candidates who are good people, but not on the ballot. Reality-based thinking is sorely needed. Reality is Drazen, Johnson, or Kotek will be the next Governor of Oregon. If you don't like that reality, at the very least, vote defensively. Vote for the best person ON THE BALLOT. I think Drazen is the best on the ballot, and I've tired of conservatives who make their perfect the enemy of the good and/or actually attainable. I for one will refuse to toss away votes and then bitch about Tina Kotek destroying what's left of Oregon over the next 4 years. It's not that hard, people! There is actually a GOP chance this year with Betsy playing the spoiler. Don't screw up this golden opportunity for incremental positive change.
