ASK FOR HELP.
We are all human. And we all need help sometimes!

There is no shame in saying, “I’m struggling.”
There is no weakness in asking for support. There is no reason anyone should feel like they have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether you need a helping hand, a resource, or simply a reminder that you matter - asking for help is a sign of strength, not failure.

Let’s create a community where we stop judging, start listening, and make it easier for people to reach out. At MACSC, we are always here for YOU!

Remove the stigma. Lead with compassion. Be there for one another.

Because at the end of the day, we’re all human and it takes a community! Give us a call (518) 664-8322 or stop in at 6 S Main Street 12118.

September is Su***de Prevention Awarness Month.

You never know what someone may be going through. A simple question, a listening ear, or letting someone know they are not alone can make a difference.

This month, we encourage our community to check in, listen without judgment, and support one another. Mental health matters, and asking for help is a sign of strength.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

You are not alone. Your life matters.
