Maryland Statewide Independent Living Council (Maryland SILC), in partnership with the Centers for Independent Living (CILs) across the state, are calling on Marylanders to help shape the future of disability advocacy and resource planning. We are launching a comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment Survey and a series of Community Town Halls to ensure that the voices of those within the disability community are heard at the highest levels of state planning.

Your Voice Matters: The Needs Assessment Survey
We are asking individuals with disabilities, family members, caretakers, and service providers to take a few moments to complete our survey. This data is critical for identifying gaps in services and setting priorities for the coming years.
• Who should participate: People with disabilities, caretakers, and service providers.
• Purpose: To capture community stories, identify concerns, and influence policy.
