In honor of Administrative Professionals Day, we're spotlighting two of our own: Jordy Johnson, Executive Administrative Assistant, and Jessica Endres, Assistant to the Photo ID State Manager.

Jordy works closely with our President to provide the support and strategic partnership needed for success. She values the opportunity to learn from teams across the organization, contribute to senior leadership discussions, and help drive the team's strategic priorities.

Jess describes her role as incredibly dynamic , no two days are the same. As a key liaison with PennDOT and a go-to resource for Member Agencies, she handles everything from onboarding and training to supply management and leadership meetings. After 25 years, she's never once felt bored.

Both are a reminder that administrative professionals are the backbone of any organization, working behind the scenes every day to keep things moving and make the mission possible.

In honor of Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, we’re proud to spotlight Zachary Blackburn, who has worked as a custodian at the Lawndale PennDOT for over 14 years.

“I vacuum the rugs, clean the testing stations, clean the restrooms, do the glass, and clean the kitchen at the PennDOT site.”

Zachary shared that he takes pride in his work: “Yes. I love working here. A great group.” He also noted the responsibility he feels each day- “Because you know the facility has to be clean for customers coming in the next day.”

Thank you, Zachary, for your dedication and consistency.

Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month is a time to recognize the strength, talent, and contributions of people living with CP at work and in our communities.

Employee spotlight: “My name is Hope, and I have cerebral palsy. CP affects muscle coordination, but it doesn’t limit my creativity or my professional experience as a Communications Specialist. I’m proof that people can thrive in the workplace and in life.”
