NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Southern Coachella Valley Community Services District has filed a Report of Charges and will conduct a Public Hearing on June 26, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. at the District’s office, 91-711 82nd., Avenue Thermal, CA 92274, to consider the Adoption of Charges for fiscal year 2025-26, for the purpose of defraying costs for providing Supplementary Law Enforcement Services within the District. Charges currently are based as follows: $1.00 per acre ($20.00 minimum regardless of acreage), plus $88.00 per commercial use and/or $66.00 per habitable living unit. SE AVISA POR LA PRESENTE que el Consejo de administración del Distrito de Servicios Comunitarios del Sur del Valle de Coachella ha presentado un informe de gastos y realizará una Audiencia Pública el 26 de Junio del 2025 a las 7:30 PM en la oficina del Districto, 91-711 82nd., Avenue, Thermal, CA 92274, para considerar la adopción de gastos para el año fiscal 2025-26, con el fin de sufragar los costos de proporcionar servicios suplementarios de orden publico dentro del Distrito. Actualmente cargos se basan como sigue: $1.00 por acre (mínimo de $20.00 independientemente del tamaño de acre), además de $88,00 por uso comercial o $66.00 por unidad de vida habitable. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Southern Coachella Valley Community Services District has adopted a preliminary budget for fiscal year 2025-26 and will conduct a Public Hearing on June 26, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. at the district’s office, 91-711 Avenue 82nd., Thermal, CA 92274 to consider the adoption of the Final Budget for fiscal year 2025-26, for the purpose of determining costs for providing Supplementary Law Enforcement Services within the District. Any person may appear and be heard regarding any item in the budget or regarding the addition of other items.
