So Meadville City Police Department Corruption, strikes again harassing our women of the community, officer Jeff Dann , Is stalking and harassing our women in the city of Meadville, using their badge as a tool for harassing, and their influence to use CYS to stalk , annoy and harass young women in Meadville, this particular young lady , had her colostomy bag ripped out and thrown in a holding cell without any medical treatment amongst other atrocities....the department is a zoo ran by the monkeys.

This is David Gredler, he is a Meadville City Police officer in Meadville Pa, he uses his badge to harass , annoy and alarm people, he uses his badge to racially profiles people for traffic stops, he uses his badge to sexually harass women and there families, when they turn down his advances he attacks them with using his badge , he feels protected behind that badge , and he is preying on the citizens of Meadville.
