16 FFA members spent the day today at Tennessee Tech University for their Fall Judging Clinics. They got to learn about Horse Judging and Soil Judging. Within the coming months they will be putting what they learned to use in the contests. We learned a lot and thank the School of Agriculture for hosting this even yet again.

It was an honor to join Warren County Farm Bureau tonight at the Farm Bureau Policy Development Meeting for Southern Middle Tennessee. Our FFA members learned a lot about Agricultural Policy and Current Issues.

Big day for Warren County FFA as we had 16 members competing at FFA Day at the Tennessee State Fair in Lebanon. We had teams competing in Poultry Judging, Livestock Judging, Veterinary Science and Forestry. We are proud of these members for stepping up to bring us an amazing start to our year and practicing their skills.

What a great “FFA Back to School Bash” Event!!!! Chapter officers met with new members, students signed up for all the FFA judging teams and events offered by TN FFA, everyone enjoyed pizza, had a fun AG Adventure Scavenger Hunt, and finished with a water balloon fight! With all the new members who were able to attend and sign up for the various events, this year looks bright for Warren County FFA!!!

Any current and past FFA members ages 18-35: Warren County Young Farmers and Ranchers is having an interest meeting July 30 at 6:00 pm. This is a great organization that can allow you to continue to support and promote agriculture. Reach out to them for more information.
