For those that are unaware we have officially taken over electrical permitting and inspections for properties within the city limits.

This means inspections are available 5 days a week, with a streamlined process and simple fee structure! The permit fee will cover all inspections.

We are thankful to be able to provide this service to our community!

Existing permits and projects under the State permitting process will remain with state.

Please contact us with any questions you may have.

We wanted to share some exciting news with everyone! We are finalizing the steps to take over doing electrical inspections for projects located within city limits. We plan for this change to take affect early next year (February) and are very excited to be able to provide this service, and to offer inspections five (5) days a week, becoming your one stop shop for all permitting in the City of McMinnville!

We will be adopting the 2020 National Electrical Code, with some amendments. The adoption of the Code will be by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and will occur in January of 2025.

We will inform everyone once we are complete with the process.
