We had a great time yesterday at the Blandwood Bourbon Festival! Great NC distilleries and live music with friends was a fun and easy way to support the preservation of Blandwood Mansion!

What a tremendous honor it was to attend the International Civil Rights Center & Museum’s Annual Awards Program and Gala tonight! 🌟 I’m inspired by the dedication and courage of those being recognized for their tireless work advancing civil rights, justice, and equity. Their commitment reminds us that the journey toward equality continues—and it must be led by all of us.

Sunday morning coffee and budget reading! Tis the season. Public hearing on the budget will be June 5th at 5:30pm at the sold Guilford County Courthouse. Please come and make your voice heard ahead of budget adoption on June 18.

It has been a BUSY few days connecting with voters and supporters! I enjoyed TREBIC’s event on Thursday and a hype GCAE mass meeting with my union family. Friday I checked out my billboards and put out some more yard signs. And today, our team and volunteers knocked 388 doors while I spent the day at Gibsonville’s Fall Festival sharing our message with voters. It’s been an incredible few days fighting for democracy!
