RESTORED: Crews have safely restored power.

Crews are working to restore power for a large outage in the Twin Rivers area near Speegleville Road and Highway 84.

Approximately 823 members without power.

COMPLETED: Maintenance has been completed for this evening.

SmartHub and Payments were briefly unavailable due to a planned maintenance event.

Maintenance will continue this evening with any interuptions needed kept to a minimum.

Updated Outage Map Coming Soon

Heart of Texas EC is preparing to launch an updated outage map on its website, giving members a fresh new design that is easier to use, especially on mobile devices.

The updated map is expected to go live in August and will continue to provide nearly all the outage information members see today. Because it will use a new web address, anyone who has saved a direct bookmark will need to update it after the website change is in place.
