Got a business idea in your notes app? Always thinking of ways to make money or start something of your own? This workshop is for you!

The Henry County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Teen Entrepreneurship Workshop Series for aspiring entrepreneurs ages 12–18. These hands-on, interactive sessions are designed to help teens step into the role of a real business owner, make creative decisions, and learn what it takes to turn an idea into reality.

During the workshop, participants will:
- Build a business concept from scratch
- Decide how to use a $100 startup budget
- Create a logo and develop a brand vibe
- Learn the basics of running a business
- Think like an entrepreneur

No experience is needed — just bring your ideas (or come ready to discover one)!

This workshop series is also a great introduction to programs like FLEX (Foundational Leadership & Entrepreneurship X-Perience), where students can compete, receive mentorship, and continue building their entrepreneurial skills.

This workshop is part of a series and will be held at multiple library locations. Same experience, different spots. Pick the one that works for you.

The Henry County Chamber of Commerce Veterans Entrepreneurial Group proudly celebrated Armed Forces Day with an afternoon dedicated to honoring service, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

The event brought together veterans, entrepreneurs, first responders, community organizations, and local businesses for a dynamic vendor showcase and networking opportunities. Attendees connected with veteran-owned businesses, discovered valuable resources, and celebrated the lasting impact of military service throughout our community.

A special highlight was the "From Service to CEO" panel discussion, where veteran business leaders shared their journeys from military service to entrepreneurship, offering inspiration, practical advice, and encouragement to fellow veterans and aspiring business owners.

The celebration concluded with a motivating leadership message focused on resilience, perseverance, and growth.
