You may be wondering... How does our local FLEX program work? 🤔

It all starts with an idea.

Students apply to FLEX by sharing their business concept and management team. From there, they attend a business plan workshop and submit their plans to compete in Round 1.

The Top 10 teams advance to Round 2, where they spend 8–12 weeks launching and growing their businesses while attending workshops, networking with local leaders, and making real sales.

The Top 3 teams then move on to the final round, where they deliver a "Shark Tank"-style pitch in front of a live audience for the chance to win [insert prize amount] to invest back into their business.

Our local champion will go on to represent Henry County at the FLEX State Finals in April!
