We couldn't think of a better way to close out this year's conference than with a special announcement for what's ahead.

As Ignite 2026 came to a close, attendees were treated to a grand finale reveal of our 2027 keynote speaker. Chief Willis is a trailblazer, leader, mentor, and inspiration to countless firefighters and leaders across the fire service.

Her story of perseverance, courage, and breaking barriers embodies what Ignite: Finding the Leader in You is all about.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for an incredible two days of learning, growth, and connection. The energy, passion, and leadership displayed throughout the conference made this year's Ignite one to remember.

We can't wait to continue this story with you in 2027.

Day One of IGNITE: Finding the Leader in You is in the books.

Today, attendees heard powerful messages on leadership, resilience, service, and personal growth from an incredible lineup of speakers including retired Chief Brenda Thomas, Keynote Speaker Major General Jennifer Marrast Host, and Adrienne Stoops of the ATF and Tulsa Fire Department.
