It's a sad day when our people are so blinded by reality, they can support the most uncouth, unqualified individuals in political positions who clearly state their discrimination of blacks and people of color. Yet, make excuses to vote for and against individuals who look like them, because....."they didn't speak to me', 'they think they are something", 'I just don't like him or her."
Wake Up People!!!! Stop cutting off your nose to spite your face.
Laura Loomer, a leading MAGA voice and longtime Trump ally, called accomplished Black women “ghetto Black bi***es.” She told Florida State Rep. Angie Nixon she should wear a leash and bark like a dog.
So here’s my question for Black folks sitting under MAGA pastors:
Has your pastor publicly condemned it?
Not explained it.
Not changed the subject.
Not blamed Democrats.
Not preached about “both sides.”
Condemned it.
And if your Black pastor can publicly defend MAGA, praise Trump, and campaign for this movement, but cannot find his or her voice when a prominent MAGA figure compares a Black woman to a dog and calls Black women bi***es, you need to ask yourself why.
If your politics make you silent when Black women are being racially degraded, perhaps MAGA is not simply influencing your vote.
It has compromised your witness.
