It’s Time to Collect Your Diploma!
Congratulations, Graduates! You’ve finished the journey. Now, let's make it official. Please review the important details below to pick up your physical diploma.

📅 Counseling Office Pick-Up Hours
Diplomas are available for pickup at the Counseling Office during our standard office hours:

Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
(Note: The office is closed for pickup on Wednesdays and Fridays)

⚠️ Important: Clear Your Account First!
Before your diploma can be released, all outstanding fees and school obligations must be paid in full. This includes:

📚 Missing textbooks or library materials

💻 Laptop, tablet, or charger returns

🍕 Outstanding cafeteria balances

⚽ Unreturned sports uniforms or club gear

📞 Know Before You Go: To check if your account is clear or to verify your balance before making the trip, please call 308-344-4400 ext. 1.

Due to inclement weather, the McCook Youth Football Camp is pushing back to 11:30-1:00 pm.

PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!!! SUMMER SCHOOL INFO BELOW 👇

Due to inclement weather, today's Football Camp has been delayed and will now begin at 11:30 AM.

As a result, we will NOT be transporting Football Camp participants by bus from the elementary school today. Parents will need to pick up their child from the elementary school at 11:30 AM (or earlier if preferred) and transport them to camp.

Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. Please contact the school office if you have any questions.

Our Summer Food Program is back for Summer 2026! A simple sign-up is required and can be completed by using the QR code OR this link: https://forms.gle/7am7BxcCkxCyx74e8. Everyone in our community 1-18 is eligible for this program. A drive thru style pick up will be on Mondays and Thursdays starting June 1, 2026 from 11:00am - 12:15pm at McCook Elementary School.
