The downstairs bathroom is finished other than an apothecary cabinet still in the paintshop. The stained glass window is the original from the peak of the house with over 100 years of weathering but we were able to salvage some of the glass and cut some pieces to use in the new design. Homestar Renovations of Zanesville did another amazing job and can't say enough great things about their quality of craftsmanship. Steve Weber got the glass cut and in the window and thanks John Houser and Morris Hardware for a bunch of stuff and help throughout. The lower walls are embossed vinyl fabric. Flooring is Armstrong Progressions Tuscany Vinyl. The upper walls are painted in Polar Ice color paint from Morris. Matt did a fantastic job painting the sink framing and the corner table picked up from Sandy's Bargain Barn. Shower fixtures from Vintage Tub & Bath in Pennsylvania. The sink is hand painted Talavera pottery from Mexico.

The bathroom is starting to look like a room again! Matt did an awesome job creating the sink base. John Houser helped us getting the window glazed and prepped for the wall insert. Embossed vinyl fabric all finished. The first floor laundry and utility closet is looking good. Starting to refinish architectural salvage for around the stained glass window.

The bar and front room are about as finished as they can be when it is the hub of the house. New red oak floors to the new fireplace to the new barstools. It's as comfortable as it is beautiful. Matt did a fantastic job creating the ceiling medallions. Thanks Sandy's Bargain Barn for the light fixtures. Thanks Romanian people speaking no English for the sofa set. John Burt laid all the flooring and tiled the fireplace. Lots of help from Brett Boone handyman.

Another great update completed to this old house is a laundry room on the first and second floor now. No more dragging everything to the basement. And added a full drop down ladder for the attic access.
