ATTN: Bannock County is enacting the annual burn ban one month early this year due to heightened fire conditions. Starting June 1, all controlled burns will be prohibited throughout the county.

If you live in a Wildland-Urban Interface area, now is the time to clear fire fuels from your property. We encourage you to get your burn permits and complete your controlled burns before the June 1 deadline.

Please contact your local fire district today to ask about a burn permit and ensure you're burning safely.
