CONGRATULATIONS Harvey!!
Most people don’t understand what it takes to become a Paramedic. There are countless hours dedicated to classroom education, countless hours of clinical hours, and countless hours during your preceptorship. That’s not including the amount of time it takes to become an EMT (which you have to have before becoming a Paramedic).
And to be a Flight Paramedic, you spend many more hours studying, practicing your skills and then more time studying to pass the exam.
You have to be Dedicated, Passionate and Determined to achieve the level of Certified Flight Paramedic.
Harvey we are extremely PROUD of you for achieving this level of certification, and we are humbled that you are a part of our team.

What a Great Day at McAlester Regional AirCare! Pictured are Flight Nurse Denton Wright and Paramedic Nick Pope. Today we celebrate Denton receiving his 3 year pin and Nick receiving his 250 flight pin. These two gentlemen emulate exactly what Helicopter EMS is all about. They work tirelessly to provide the best patient care to those they serve and their community.
