In 2023 the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into the alleged possession and promotion of child po*******hy. A suspect was identified and a search warrant was later executed on Barnum Road in Cassadaga NY. There was a large amount of electronic evidence collected, which was submitted to the Regional Computer Forensics Lab in Buffalo. The suspect and target of the search warrant was identified as Danny Wojcieszyn, 72, of Cassadaga NY.

In April of 2026 the Sheriff’s Office received the evidence related to this case back from the Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory and reviewed it.
