May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to prioritize emotional well-being and support one another.

Taking care of your mental health can look like:
• Spending time outdoors
• Connecting with friends or family
• Taking breaks and practicing mindfulness
• Reaching out for support when needed

If you need mental health support, please dial 9-8-8.

Kentucky 211 can also connect individuals to local mental health services, counseling, and support groups.

Remember: You don’t have to navigate challenges alone.

Boundaries are really important to put in place because they make sure that we are keeping both ourselves and others comfortable and safe! What is a boundary that you have set in order to stay in your comfort zone?

It’s okay to:
✅ Feel insecure
✅ Ask for help
✅ Cry
✅ Be vulnerable

Men deserve the full range of human emotions — and the support to navigate them.

Fatherhood looks different for everyone, and every father’s mental health journey matters. 💙

This Father’s Day, we’re thinking of fathers who:
👔 Are in therapy despite the stigma
👔 Are redefining masculinity
👔 Are working to break cycles
👔 Are learning as they go
👔 Are navigating co-parenting
👔 Are building trust with their kids

To all the dads out there: we see you, we support you, and we honor your efforts today and every day.
