Maynard students have gone back to school well prepared by all the summer reading they did! This year 281 children and teens logged reading hours in MPL's summer reading program. Children logged over 4,500 hours, and teens logged nearly 2,000.
MPL held 37 summer reading events with total attendance of 957 by patrons of all ages.
Our summer reading program would not be possible without the support of many local businesses, organizations, and volunteers. They contribute prizes and refreshments, and they help make our events happen. Here is a list of contributors:
