Housing Authority of Mayfield The Housing Authority of Mayfield provides safe and decent housing to everyone.

It is the policy of the Housing Authority (HA) to comply fully with all Federal, State, and local nondiscrimination laws and in accordance with the rules and regulations governing Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity in housing and employment and with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Specifically, the HA shall not on account of race, color, sex, religion, creed, national or ethnic origin, familial status, disability or handicap, deny any family or individual the opportunity to apply for or receive assistance under HUD's Public Housing Programs, within the requirements and regulations of HUD and other regulatory authorities. To further its commitment to full compliance with applicable Civil Rights laws, the HA will provide access to information to public housing residents regarding "discrimination". Also, this subject will be discussed during the briefing session and any complaints will be investigated as appropriate, documented and made part of the applicant's/tenant’s file.
