We encourage you to submit your questions and comments, but in order to keep the conversation productive and cooperative in spirit, please follow these guidelines:

• We never want to compromise the safety of your family, home or business, so please do not share any personal or account- specific information on our page (your address, phone number or account number are examples of things to stay away from). If you need assistance related specifically to your account, please call us at 1-877-495-7322 and let us assist you over the telephone or in person.
• Please do not report outages on Facebook. These accounts are not integrated with our power interruption software, so your outage will not be registered in our system and your power may not be restored in a timely manner. Please report any power outages to us at 1-877-495-7322 so we can restore your power as quickly as possible.
• This is a family-friendly site, so please refrain from using profanity, hate speech and personal attacks. WKRECC reserves the right to remove any post that we feel violates these rules, is rude or offensive or contains negative feedback that is presented without constructive criticism.
• Comments are welcome and encouraged but should be focused on the topic at hand. If you have an issue that is not related to a topic on the site, please call us so we can address it in person.
• Please do not use this site to promote a business or product that is unrelated to the cooperative. Also, please do not post links, inappropriate photos or videos, or material that infringes on copyright or spam. Posts that violate any of these guidelines will be removed.
• Likes by WKRECC do not constitute endorsement.
• Finally, while employees might participate in our social media sites, they don’t represent the official voice of WKRECC.
