Purchase Area Development District PADD is a partnership organization that supports local governments in Kentucky's Purchase region. The PADD is a distributor of USDA commodity foods. The U.S.

📢 Important Update for MPW & HCB Waiver Waitlists 📢

If you or a loved one is currently on the Michelle P. Waiver (MPW) or Home and Community Based (HCB) Waiver waitlist, you must take action to remain on the waitlist.

Under Kentucky HB 2, individuals who wish to remain on the waitlist must submit a completed Provider Attestation Form by January 31, 2027.

⚠️ This requirement does NOT affect current waiver recipients who are already receiving services.
