In our humble beginnings we operated out of a 2 bay station that we had to move the trucks from in order to hold a meeting. Now as of 2020 we have grown into the beautiful station we have today and are fully equipped to not only respond to fires but assist on EMS calls and swift water rescues, as well. As a Fire Department we constantly train in order to properly serve our community in the most efficient manner.

Maxwell Fire Department is proud to add a new TNT Rescue Cutter to our extrication tools.
We know a vehicle crash can change lives in an instant, so being prepared, in a race against time is crucial. Twisted metal. Trapped occupants. In those moments, the right tools, training, and teamwork make all the difference. This investment is about one thing: being ready when our community needs us most. We hope this tool never leaves the truck, but if the call comes, we will be ready.

Today we proudly celebrate Firefighter/EMT Daellyn Darby on graduating from EMT School and officially earning the title of Firefighter/EMT!

This accomplishment represents countless hours of studying, training, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to serving others. Daellyn has demonstrated the dedication, character, and work ethic that define the fire service, and we couldn't be more proud to welcome another highly trained first responder to the Maxwell Volunteer Fire Department family.

As our community continues to grow, so does our commitment to providing the highest level of emergency care and fire protection. Dedicated volunteers like Daellyn help make that mission possible.
