Congratulations...we are proud of you!

Last week we had three students placing at Jiu Jitsu Con in Vegas. As we like to repeat, we can’t do Jiu Jitsu on our own, every time one of us place in a tournament, we all place. Tonight’s Build Maumelle was all about one thing: GROWTH! 📈

A huge thank you to Jeff Standridge with the Conductor for joining us and leading a fantastic conversation on Strategic Growth. Jeff shared valuable insight on what it takes to grow intentionally, build stronger organizations, and create strategies that actually move businesses forward.

We’re grateful for everyone who spent their evening learning, connecting, and investing in the growth of their business and our community. 💙

Yesterday, we officially kicked off the 2026–2027 Maumelle Leadership class at the Tractor Supply Distribution Center!

Participants spent the day learning more about leadership, building connections, and getting an inside look at one of Maumelle’s largest employers. A special thank-you to Tractor Supply Co. for hosting our class and helping us begin this exciting nine-month journey!

We look forward to watching this outstanding group grow, collaborate, and make a lasting impact in our community. 💙
