City hall is open today to take payments. Our internet is down and our phones are not working. We do not have any updates on the Liveoak garbage schedule.

Good morning ... city hall will remain closed today due to unsafe driving conditions. We are keeping track of the expected temperatures and anticipate that we may be able to open the office at 10 am Wednesday ...we will post all payments that have been received and will work with others that have not been able to reach city hall since Friday. It is our prayer that you all stay safe and warm. Should you have an emergency that requires our assistance please call 903-610-7500. The office phones should roll over to this phone but we are unsure if the request was completed before the ice froze us all in place. Again stay safe, check on your elderly neighbors and try to enjoy this unexpected time off with your families

The city of Maud is heart broken hearing the news from Casey Doss this morning. We will miss Boyad's presence on our council, in this city and in our individual lives. Thank you sir for all you did for this city. You are missed already.
