We are excited to kick off our Mathis Middle School Fundraiser! The fundraiser will run from September 1–16. Students received a fundraiser form today with all the information and details needed to participate.

We appreciate your support of our students and Mathis Middle School! Every bit of support helps us provide more opportunities and experiences for our Pirates. Thank you for helping make this fundraiser a success!

Dear Parents,

The safety of our students is always a top priority. We are asking for your support in speaking with your child if they walk home after school.

Students need to understand the importance of making safe choices while walking home. We have concerns about students playing, pushing, shoving, or messing around on the sidewalk, near the roadway and moving vehicles. What may seem like harmless fun can quickly become dangerous, and a student could accidentally step or fall into the path of a vehicle.

Please remind your child to stay aware of their surroundings, walk safely, avoid horseplay, follow traffic rules, and watch for vehicles at all times. We want every student to arrive home safely each day, and your support in reinforcing these expectations is greatly appreciated.

Congratulations to all of our MMS volleyball players on their first game of the season in West Oso yesterday! We had our 8B and 7B teams bring home the win. Looking forward to an amazing season for our athletes.
