⚠️ FLASH FLOOD WARNING — PLEASE USE CAUTION

The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for our area until 6:15 PM today.

This is being described as a dangerous and potentially life-threatening situation. Residents are urged not to travel unless fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch also remains in effect until 8:00 PM, with damaging winds, hail and isolated tornadoes possible.

Please stay alert, avoid flooded roadways, and never drive through standing or moving water.

Stay safe and continue to monitor official weather alerts for updates.

Mayor Greg Cannon and the Township Council invite residents to gather at the Aberdeen Township 9/11 Memorial at Town Hall as we remember all those who lost their lives that day, including the Aberdeen residents whose names are memorialized here in our community.
