The Water Operations team hit the water tonight to stretch the legs of 39 Boat 1 and 39 Boat 2, preparing for another season on the water.

As air and water temperatures climb, we know the public is getting the itch to enjoy the waterways that our area has to offer.

As always, we ask you take to the water safely, and WEAR A LIFE JACKET.

As much as we love interacting with the public, we prefer it not to be during an emergency that can be prevented!

The Westfall Township Volunteer Fire Department would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Senator Lisa Baker and PA State Rep. Jeff Olsommer for their hard work and dedication in securing $60,000 in state funding for our department through the Commonwealth Financing Authority Local Share Account Program. This funding will help us renovate our original firehouse and modernize the facility to better meet the needs of today’s fire service. Planned improvements include upgrades that will enhance training capabilities, accessibility, and functionality for our members and the community we proudly serve.
Support like this is critical to ensuring our firefighters have the resources and facilities needed to continue protecting the residents of Westfall Township safely and effectively for years to come.

We were happy to lend a hand last night to the Pike County PA Training Center’s Vehicle Rescue Class by supplying the Squad for their last night of practical skills.

FF’s Maney, Maltby, Nealis, and Mai were among those who completed the class and now move on to ProBoard testing.

We wish our 4 along with all the students good luck as they continue on the path to becoming Nationally certified!
