32 engine 1 along with 32 rescue 1 and 12 personnel on standby at Lumberland Fire Dept since 1030 this morning while they attended The Sullivan County Fireman’s parade in Roscoe NY.

Good luck Lumberland Fire-Dept Glen Spey bring home a trophy but most importantly have FUN!!!!

Yesterday afternoon about 4:30 pm, The Matamoras Fire department was dispatched to standby with our tower for the Port Jervis Fire Department while they operated at a structure fire at the old Kolmar Building on skyline drive. Tower was on standby within 3 minutes with 18 personnel.

Shortly after we were dispatched for our engine to the scene. Engine went responding with a full crew.

Approximately 30 minutes later the tower with a full crew was requested to the scene.

While operating mutual aid fire, the members were able to handle a medical emergency within the borough.

Last Thursday at drill we focused on our junior membership. They eager to learn hose advancement. These young individuals are the future of our department.
