Democrats believe in ideas and principles that benefit all Americans, with opportunity and justice for all, devoid of discrimination based on one's status, age, race, creed, gender, sexual orientation or disability. Stark County Coalition of Black Democrats Mission is to:

-To Stimulate in Black Americans an active interest in governmental affairs;

-To facilitate Black American participation in t

he Democratic Party;

-To perpetuate the ideals and principles of the Democratic Party;

-To attract new members to the Stark County Coalition of Black Democrats;

-To help acquaint voters and potential voters with the issues and candidates;

-To promote by our efforts the highest degree of governmental response to public need;

-To promote and facilitate economic development as it impacts and interfaces with political participation in the Black American communities of this country and state.
