As discussed, please be advised that we have another Community and Justice in the 21st Century Speakers Forum series coming up on Wednesday February 23, 2022 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, via Zoom. This month the topic is Bigger Than Black and Blue: Candid Conversations about Race, Equity, and Community Collaboration. Dear colleagues and friends

The Center on Terrorism at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, CUNY, is pleased to announce our schedule of events for the Fall 2021 semester.



We begin next week. On Thursday, September 9th (9.30am-noon, via Zoom), we will host a symposium, “9/11 After 20 Years: Causes, Consequences and Enduring Challenges.” The symposium will explore the origins and impacts of 9/11. In plenary and break-out sessions, expert panelists will address themes of survivorship, the evolving politics of extremism, and the effectiveness and sustainability of counterterrorism responses.

We will host Friday seminars on the following dates (3-5pm, all via Zoom, further details forthcoming):
