The grass has been mowed, items picked up, ant hills have been tended to, etc. But as we know there are ants (fire and red), we've never seen a snake but they could come visit ... etc. Therefore, all who park with us will need to sign a Waivor of Liability. Don't care to sign it? You can go elsewhere.
The area we are allowing parking is the road frontage portion of the property. Most of the property will be off limits since construction projects are in progress.
Locals : There will be no tours given.
